Meet the Author
Liz has been in love with the ocean since she was a young child being born and raised on the Hawaiian island of Oʻahu, after her family arrived across the Pacific Ocean as refugees from Vietnam. Her soul is drawn to the beauty of the natural world. Her curiosity with the human experience and story-telling has led her to a career in psychiatry and writing where her gift is in finding the words to transmit wisdom and healing from multiple dimensions. Her first love and passion will always be her relationship with water, both our internal human waters, and the waters of our planet Earth. She currently lives in Davis, CA, and plans to return to a life by the sea when the waters take her home.
